Finding the Right Quote
Ready to ship? Just enter your load type and dimensions, origin and destination, and select any relevant options, like insurance, customs brokerage, and customs bond.
Once you press "Search," you’ll get a number of all-in transparent freight quotes from our verified forwarders. You can filter results by mode - if you only want to see air rates and not ocean, for example - and also remove certain carriers. You can also sort by price, transit time, or overall value.

Booking Your Shipment
Once you choose a quote based on price, transit time, mode, the forwarder - whatever reason - it's time to book. Click any quote to see a breakdown of the entire shipment - including the different legs, and all of the costs included within the quote. If all looks right, click Book to finalize some details and pay.

What Happens After You Book
You’ll automatically be directed to your shipment page. There, you’ll need to provide full details about the consignor (sender of goods) and consignee (receiver of goods), as well as upload your commercial invoice (for international shipments). You will also need to submit a POA (Power of Attorney) for customs handling.
Our Freight Team will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange pickup and to convey any other relevant details.
The freight forwarder will be in touch with your factory to coordinate the shipment pickup date from your supplier, at which point the forwarder will take responsibility for the shipment until delivery.
In order to protect you and the forwarder throughout the transaction, Freightos collects your payment on behalf of the forwarder. Once you book the quote, a Freightos representative will reach out to you to discuss payment details and options. The price on the quote is binding until the expiration date.
However, it assumes that the details you provided are accurate. If the weight or dimensions of the load are different than reported, or if the shipment isn’t ready on time, you could face extra charges.
Once you book, you still have one business day to cancel the order for no charge. The one exception to this is if the forwarder already started working on your order. Of course, this won’t happen until a Freightos representative has confirmed your order.
